I always thought that the cloud man that blows the wind was a weatherman's cartoon. That was until the evening I saw this. Actual image, not Photoshopped. View of Little Egg Harbor from Peahala Park, Long Beach Island, NJ. Taken July 2012.

Mark Miller's passion for the visual arts has been a driving force throughout his life both personally and professionally. Born and raised in Paterson NJ, he was educated as a commercial artist.
